More about Grass Fed Beef:
Many of our consumers appreciate the fact that our grass-fed beef is raised without antibiotics or hormones, EVER! Which aligns with preferences for more natural and ethically produced beef options.
Grass-fed beef offers several advantages over conventionally raised beef. Firstly, it tends to have a higher nutritional content, including higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and antioxidants such as vitamin E. These nutrients are beneficial for heart health, inflammation reduction, and overall well-being.
Additionally, grass-fed beef is typically leaner and contains less total fat and fewer calories than grain-fed beef. This can be advantageous for individuals looking to manage their weight or cholesterol levels.
From an environmental perspective, grass-fed beef production often involves more sustainable practices, such as rotational grazing that promotes soil health and biodiversity. It also tends to have a lower carbon footprint compared to feedlot-raised beef, as it requires less intensive use of resources like water and grain.
All our beef sold are HOME raised Black Angus Beef. We welcome visitors to come see where your beef is being raised, anytime!

What is hanging weight?
This is the weight of the animal after head, hooves, hide and entrails are removed. You are just purchasing the meat and the bones.
